Individuals with business and rental income over £10,000 per annum will need to make quarterly report under MTD ITSA (Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self-Assessment) from April 2024. This includes landlords and many sole traders. Few partnerships with business and rental income over £10,000 per annum will be needed to prepare quarterly reports under MTD ITSA from April 2025.
