Fundamental Rights & Its Features In Indian Constitution

After independence, India became a democratic country in order to ensure the safety of the citizen\’s life and choices, the framers of the constitution establishes a set of rights that are recognised under the law which provide them with the most basic human rights such as the right to; equality, freedom, life etc. Also if there is a violation of these rights then there is a separate fundamental right which gives the right to citizens for going to the supreme court directly.
