Icc Implements Changes To Playing Conditions: Soft Signal Scrapped, Helmets Made Mandatory

The key modifications include the elimination of the soft signal, mandatory use of helmets in high-risk positions, and a minor addition to the Free Hit rule. These changes aim to enhance decision-making accuracy, prioritize player safety, and streamline the game.
