Manas Mandir Where Ramcharitmanas Was Composed!

Tulsi Manas Mandir has historical and cultural significance not only for Varanasi but for the whole of India. This is precisely because the place is associated with an event that still rules the Indian psyche. The famous Hindu epic Ramcharitmanas of Ramayana was composed at this place. Goswami Tulsi Das was the person who composed Ramayana in Hindi as “Ramcharitmanas”. Prior to that, Ramayana was available only in Sanskrit and hence it was out of reach of the general public.
